For the purposes of this clause, “Intellectual Property” includes but is not limited to logos, copyright, trademarks, licenses, designs, patents, processes and all other intellectual property that is capable of legal protection, regardless of whether such legal protection has been formally obtained.

For the purpose of this clause, “Confidential Information” means information not generally known to third parties and which is proprietary to PumpEng, including trade secret information about processes and products which includes but is not limited to information relating to research, development, manufacturing, purchasing, price lists, accounting, engineering, marketing, merchandising, selling, leasing, servicing, finance and business systems and techniques.
